  • Server

    A restaurant server takes orders, answers questions about the menu and food, sells the restaurant's food and drinks, takes payment, communicates orders with the kitchen staff, seats customers, and helps with customer service and cleaning. Also known as a waiter or waitress.

  • Dishwasher

    A restaurant dishwasher maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks. Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.

  • Garde Manger (Salad Station)

    The Garde-Manger is the person in charge of the Salad Station. They prep and prepare some appetizers, all salads, and desserts. They maintain and clean their station throughout the night, and help with the breakdown and cleaning of the kitchen after service.
